Information collected

When you submit the project inquiry form, Doxazo may receive the information you provide, including your name, company, contact information, project description, timeline, and website URL.

How information is used

The information is used to review your inquiry, respond to you, understand the potential project, and maintain ordinary business records. It is not sold.

Form processing

The project inquiry form is processed on Doxazo’s Cloudflare-hosted server. Resend delivers the inquiry privately to Doxazo using a Doxazo sender address. The visitor’s email address is used as the reply-to address. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam and may process technical device and request information. See Resend’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through this form.

Analytics and cookies

The website does not include advertising trackers or analytics by default. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for security and spam prevention, not advertising. Inquiry details are not stored in browser storage or deliberately included in application logs.

Data retention

Inquiry information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential project, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to correct or delete information you submitted through the contact form, subject to reasonable legal and business record requirements.
